Job Description

We are seeking for an energetic HR Administrator to join a fast-paced multicultural environment. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Team, ensuring smooth execution of HR administration, employee engagement activities, and internal communication. This role will also collaborate closely with the HR Coordinator, the Office Manager and other stakeholders to coordinate office events, maintain HR supplies, and keep HR information up to date.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with maintenance of employee operations and onboarding.
• Assist in planning office events, company parties, CSR initiatives, and team-building activities and other events.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Organize travel, flights, transportation and accommodation for employees and partners.
• Coordinate HR items and merchandise (ordering, stock monitoring, distribution).
• Manage employee vouchers/gifts (stock, ordering, coordination) in collaboration with the Office Manager.
• Ensure that the office is well maintained in collaboration with our external providers
• Draft, distribute, and maintain internal communications.
• Support in managing the Team Building Allowance process (requests, tracking, documentation).
• Create and maintain filing and other office systems.
• Keep diaries, arrange appointments, updating HR Calendar.
• Additional responsibilities for projects and tasks depending on the needs that may arise.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience with administrative roles, HR Support, in fast paced environment would be considered as an advantage.
• Adaptability and the ability to multitask.
• Experience with MS Office and familiarity with task management tools will be considered as an advantage.
• Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communicator in English Language.
• Strong communications/public relations and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and external partners.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
