Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Proactive and Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, as well as coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. You will play a key role in supporting a positive employee lifecycle and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
Prepare and manage all pre-employment documentation (welcome packs, etc.)
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth first-day experience
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, facilities, payroll) to ensure all onboarding needs are met
Introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and systems
Follow up with new hires during the onboarding period to ensure a positive integration
Coordinate all steps of the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final documentation, and deactivation of access
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local labor laws
Collect feedback from departing employees to support ongoing improvement
Support managers in delivering exit communications with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assist with HR reporting and data entry as needed
Support the HR team with ad hoc administrative tasks and employee queries
Contribute to ongoing improvements of HR processes and systems
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle coordination
Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools would be considered advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proactive, approachable, and team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English is a requirement any additional language will be considered an advantage
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
