Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our offerings align with our business goals and deliver value to our users.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product requirements.

• Lead the development of user-centered products by translating insights and feedback into features that enhance customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, compliance and other teams to execute product initiatives efficiently.

• Utilize data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.

• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on product status and roadmap changes.

• Oversee product lifecycle stages from concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an advantage.

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within digital products, online platforms, or the gaming industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions and business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycles, and software development processes.

• Results-driven, highly organized, and pragmatic, with a strong focus on delivering measurable business value.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.

• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

• Passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming industry, market trends, and player behavior are considered strong advantages.
