Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Java Software Developer to join our Backend Engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our backend platform, working closely with senior team members to build scalable, high-quality software solutions while growing your technical expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications platform.

• Participate in functional design specification reviews and work with technical team members to determine technical design approaches.

• Work together with other department developers regarding integration and shared development.

• Integrating with 3rd party applications and products

• As a team member, you will be responsible on all aspects of handling the platform's backend.

• Maintaining the servers, deployment processes and debugging live in production when required.

What we are looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience in Java software development, gained through professional work, internships, academic projects, or personal projects.

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

• Familiarity with multithreaded programming and concurrent application development.

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including the ability to write and optimize queries.

• Experience with the Spring Framework and/or Spring Boot.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop technical expertise.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
