Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Platform Ops Specialist - Mobile Apps to join our growing Product team. The Platform Ops Specialist - Mobile Apps will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of all mobile app submissions for SkillOnNet across platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The role involves preparing submissions, handling rejections, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are aligned with deliverables.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and submit mobile apps to relevant app stores.
Monitor submissions and follow up on approvals or rejections.
Handle rejection cases by coordinating with development, QA, B2B, GTH and compliance teams.
Maintain a submission calendar to align timelines with project and marketing goals.
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure all required assets and deliverables are ready on time.
Keep up to date with app store guidelines and ensure compliance in every submission.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Project coordination and time management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Nice to have:
Experience on Database setup, configuration and management.
Familiarity with Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work with tight deadlines.
Basic understanding of mobile app release processes.
