Job Description

As AI Visual Content Designer, you will produce engaging short-form visual content in image and video formats using AI tools. This content will be integrated into our casino platforms in a format similar to TikTok and Instagram Reels, highlighting player journeys, in-platform promotions, events, and new feature launches.

This role blends AI content generation, storytelling, motion design, and digital marketing within the iGaming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize and produce short-form vertical video and image content using AI tools.

• Design precise prompts for consistent image and video output

• Create dynamic story-based promotional content for Player journeys, gamified experiences, Bonus campaigns, seasonal promotions, new game launches, etc.

• Use AI image/video generation tools to develop characters, motion sequences, and visual effects.

• Transform marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives optimized for in-platform engagement.

• Adapt trends from social platforms into casino-appropriate formats.

• Optimize visual content based on performance metrics

• Post-process AI images in Photoshop/Illustrator

• Ensure all content complies with gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.

What we are looking for:

• Batchelor's degree in Design, Media, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Portfolio of AI-generated work would be considered as an advantage  

• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion or similar

• Strong prompting skills

• Experience to use social media platforms and ability to adapt social media trends to casino‑appropriate formats

• Experience with social media platforms such as Tik Tok and producing short engaging videos or visual assets are of advantage.

• Basic graphic design understanding for potential postproduction

• Strong understanding of prompt structuring and model behavior

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to document processes and create reusable systems

• Basic understanding of visual composition and branding principles

• Knowledge of copyright and licensing
