Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Web Component Specialist. You will be responsible for the configuration, integration, and scheduling of marketing content across multiple customer-facing components. The role ensures that all components are properly localized, fully functional, and promoted to the appropriate audience segments, including content integration, translation management, audience segmentation, testing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Upload and manage multilingual content, including translations, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Proofread and validate localized content prior to publication.

• Integrate and format HTML content, SMS copy, and O&A (Offers & Announcements) content within the platform.

• Map and validate image paths to ensure proper rendering across all channels.

• Configure audience segmentation and data feeds for targeted content delivery.

• Set up and customize web component functionality according to project requirements.

• Build and manage automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.

• Schedule campaign sends and content publications across platforms.

• Perform thorough functional and content testing to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Identify and resolve issues related to content, layout, or functionality.

• Maintain and update existing content, ensuring ongoing accuracy and relevancy.

• Configure and implement interactive elements such as banners and dynamic components.

What we are looking for:

• Highly technical and logical understanding to manage workflows and journeys.

• Results oriented with excellent customer focus and attention to details.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.

• Attention to detail to succeed in create multi-faceted campaigns.

• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback on work.

• A good technical understanding of computers in general to guarantee an easy transition into the content manager position.

• Previous technical experience with HTML, CSS and familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing tools is of advantage.

• Excellent command of the English language, other languages are not required but can be helpful.
