Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join our fast-paced iGaming company. This role offers the opportunity to work on digital campaigns for a global brand and a growing portfolio of international markets. You will be carrying your talent and passion for producing standout visuals and independently delivering engaging and high-quality creative across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives that enhance the user experience and strengthen our brand identity.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop creative concepts and motion-first ideas for digital campaigns

• Design and produce animated assets for:

• Display banners (HTML5)

• Social media (reels, short-form video, stories)

• CRM campaigns and web assets

• Create motion graphics using After Effects and similar tools

• Build and adapt campaigns using Bannerflow, Creatopy or similar platforms

• Design static assets when required (web, CRM, social)

• Contribute to video editing and short-form content production

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and marketing teams

• Present creative concepts internally

• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and quality standards

• Manage timelines and workload using project management tools

• Perform QA on creative assets

• Stay up to date with motion, design trends and new tools

• What we are looking for:A degree in Graphic Design or a related field, would be considered an advantage

• 3–5 years of experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion

• Experience working within a fast-paced design studio environment

• A strong and varied portfolio showcasing digital advertising work across multiple formats is essential

• Ability to develop creative concepts independently

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

• Demonstrates strong visual ideation skills

• Experience using Bannerflow, Creatopy or similar platforms is essential

• Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier), Ad platforms, Bannerflow, Creatopy or similar display campaign tools, Blender (3D modelling and animation)

• Experience in Figma is an advantage

• HTML5 display banner experience

• Experience in other tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, Outlook,ClickUp, Jira) is advantageous.

• Interest in exploring new creative tools such as ChatGPT, Firefly, Freepik, Runway or similar, AI-assisted image and video tools for concept development, ideation and rapid visual prototyping

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral)

• Fluency in Portuguese would be considered an advantage, not essential
