Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented data driven Junior CRM Data Analyst to support our CRM team in optimizing player engagement, campaign performance and profitability within our online casino business.

It is an entry-to-mid-level role that sits at the intersection of CRM strategy, player analytics and financial performance, ideal for someone with strong analytical skills who wants to grow in CRM and profitability analysis in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Support CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications

• Track and report campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

• Assist with campaign segmentation and A/B testing

• Help optimize player journeys and campaign performance

• Support ongoing optimization of campaigns and player journeys

• Learn and apply best practices in CRM and player lifecycle management

• Monitor player behaviour and identify trends, high-value players, and engagement patterns

• Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of CRM data and reporting

• Support ad-hoc analysis and provide insights to internal teams

• Conduct basic cohort and segmentation analysis under guidance

• Highlight anomalies or performance changes in campaigns or player activity

• Translate data into simple insights for internal stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or CRM (internships or academic projects will be considered)

• Exposure to the iGaming industry is a plus

• Good working knowledge of SQL and data querying

• Exposure to BI tools, preferably Tableau

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling

• Python or R is a plus

• Familiarity with machine learning concepts is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken

• Eagerness to learn and develop in a data-driven environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Contribution to CRM and campaign optimization efforts as well as continuous improvement of technical and analytical skills
