Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Designer to join our fast-paced iGaming company. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a good eye for detail, and can create engaging visual assets for multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives that enhance the user experience and strengthen our brand identity.

As a Digital Designer, you will be designing and developing creative assets for digital platforms, including banners, social media and websites. You will be translating brand guidelines into visually engaging content. Working closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver consistent brand messaging. You will bring fresh ideas, innovative concepts, and creative solutions, contributing to engaging and visually compelling designs that align with the Company’s brand and objectives.

A portfolio showcasing your design work, preferably with examples of digital marketing assets it is required to be provided together with your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt creative marketing assets for multiple platforms, including desktop, mobile, social media, CRM, and affiliate channels.

• Create banners, landing pages, interstitials, email headers, and promotional visuals for acquisition and retention campaigns.

• Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all markets and products.

• Collaborate closely with senior designers to deliver high-quality assets on time.

• Create high-quality images and videos using AI tools and generative AI models for marketing campaigns and promotional content.

• Use AI-powered creative tools to develop engaging visuals, concepts, animations, and ad creatives while maintaining brand consistency.

• Support the production and preparation of design files for digital campaigns and development handoff.

• Resize, localize, and adapt existing creatives for different formats, languages, and regulated markets.

• Maintain organized project files and follow internal naming conventions and saving procedures.

• Assist with campaign brainstorming and contribute creative ideas for seasonal and promotional activities.

• Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing practices, and iGaming industry standards.

• Ensure all assets are optimized for performance, usability, and responsive display across devices.

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Support video, animation, or motion graphic requirements when needed

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design or a similar creative role (including internships).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.

• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Good knowledge of design principles, typography, and composition.

• Brilliant communication and teamwork skills.

• Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral).

• Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX best practices.

• Knowledge of the iGaming or online casino industry is a plus but not essential.
