You will manage, optimise and profitably scale Paid Search campaigns across multiple markets and platforms, with particular focus on new and developing markets including Greece, Brazil and the US. The team manages a multi-million-pound search budget across the UK, Spain, Canada and LATAM, with further market expansion planned through Q4 and 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Paid Search, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day management and growth of our Paid Search activity. Responsibilities include:
Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Universal App Campaigns (UAC) with the support of the Head of Paid Search.

Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, bid management and campaign optimization.
Develop and test ad copy, extensions/assets and targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.

Identify trends, issues and opportunities within campaign data and take appropriate action.
Continuously look for opportunities to improve account structure, efficiency and scalability.
UAC & Apple Search Ads
Manage and optimize Universal App Campaigns (UAC) and Apple Search Ads (ASA) activity, where applicable.
Develop an understanding of app acquisition performance and how paid search activity contributes to overall player acquisition.
Work closely with relevant internal teams to ensure app campaigns are effectively tracked, measured and optimized.
Experience with UAC and/or ASA is highly desirable.
Testing & Experimentation

Budget Management & Forecasting
Support the Head of Paid Search with budget planning, forecasting and monthly reporting.

Monitor pacing and proactively highlight potential overspend, underspend or performance issues.
Contribute to business cases and recommendations for increasing investment in successful markets and campaigns.
Data & Analytics
Work closely with the Marketing Analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting and measurement.
Analyze campaign and market-level data to understand performance and identify actionable insights.
Use analytics to inform campaign strategy, rather than relying solely on platform-reported metrics.
Develop regular performance reports and communicate key findings and recommendations.
Teamwork & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Product and other internal teams to deliver Paid Search objectives.
Communicate campaign performance, challenges and opportunities clearly to the Head of Paid Search and wider stakeholders.

Work with the Head of Paid Search to develop people management skills in expectation of eventually managing a junior or senior Paid Search Executive.
Work closely with the creative team in developing and briefing CPPs for Apple Search Ads.
Industry & Platform Development
Keep up to date with changes across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, UAC, ASA and the wider Paid Search industry.
Stay informed about algorithm changes, new platform features, market developments and competitor activity.
Proactively identify and test new opportunities that could improve acquisition performance.
Share relevant knowledge and best practices with the wider team.
Creative & Ad Development
Write and develop compelling, performance-focused search ad copy across Paid Search platforms, ensuring messaging is aligned with market, audience and commercial objectives.
Work closely with internal and external creative teams to develop creative assets for CPPs (Custom Product Pages) for ASA
Collaborate with the Head of Paid Search and creative teams to develop creative testing strategies and plans for Paid Search Campaigns.
